President Vjosa Osmani herself reacted to the reports of the murder of the 89-year-old last night in Bibaj i Ferizaj, according to her, implicating her and her husband "in situations with which we have no single connection, they have the clear purpose of inciting of hatred, which then results in violence", says Osmani.
She said that she has notified the security institutions about the reports and is preparing all legal means. Osmani adds that he did not know about the circumstances in which the murder took place, nor about any case of rape.

Reaction to propaganda
After I have notified the security institutions and I am in the process of preparing all legal means, I am also making public this reaction to the publication of unprecedented propaganda that Berat Buzhala and his media, the online newspaper "Nacionale", have started, and that it is continuing from some other portals as well.
I inform the citizens of Kosovo that neither I nor my husband have any knowledge or connection with the circumstances that lead to last night's murder, and even less knowledge of any case of rape.
The circumstances that pushed Buzhala and others to spread this misinformation, I request that they be urgently investigated by the security and justice institutions. Buzhala with "Nacionalen", and some others, implicating me and my husband in situations with which we have no single connection, have the clear purpose of inciting hatred, which then results in violence.
This false and dangerous link created by these portals, with full knowledge and with the intention of endangering my life and my family, while the competent authorities are investigating the case, shows their direct tendency to endanger life, falsely implicating us even in alleged interference with justice.
I again invite all the security and justice bodies to investigate as a matter of priority all the circumstances of this event and at the same time the actions of this portal and similar portals that have a clear purpose to endanger life and incite hatred, and that it is seen that the portals of Serbia also have this mission.
