Angela Martini has spoken exclusively to the Daily Mail not only about the photo where she is seen kissing Donald Trump, but also about the fact that she had a brief relationship with rapper Kanye West in 2011.
She recalls that West called her after seeing her on a red carpet and invited her to lunch. Although he complimented her on her style, their romance quickly fizzled out, as Martini said she often got "bored" when he wanted to stay in the studio all the time listening to his new music.
She claims that West ended their relationship because he was going to start dating Kim Kardashian.
As for her personal life, Martini also got married. She tied the knot with Romanian actor Dragos Savulescu, but their marriage was troubled by his legal troubles. He was accused of embezzlement and corruption in his country, and was only recently acquitted.
According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Martini filed for divorce in October and in the interview explained how marital difficulties had taken a toll on him emotionally.
“We had a very beautiful, strong love story, but also very heavy, because, maybe people don’t know, we were fighting against a system,” she said. “But that weight remains. I just felt it was the right thing to do at that moment,” Angela said.
