Rapper Betim Januzi, known by the stage name "Buta", was arrested today by the Kosovo Police in Ferizaj, in connection with an incident that occurred the night before.
According to the police, the incident occurred on April 11, 2026, at around 8:25 PM, on "Vëllezërit Gërvalla" street, near the area known as "Eurogigant", where a physical fight in progress was reported.
"We would like to inform you that on 11.04.2026, at around 20:25, we received information about a fight in progress on "Vëllezërit Gërvalla" street in Ferizaj, near "Eurogjigant". Police units reacted immediately and at the scene it was found that, in addition to the physical fight between two people, there were also gunshots," the Police statement said.
According to official data, one person suffered bodily injuries as a result of the physical altercation and not from a firearm. A firearm and three cartridges were found and seized at the scene.

Meanwhile, we recall that rapper "Buta" was arrested in September of last year, after a police check. He was charged by the Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj for drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons.
According to the Prosecution, there is a well-founded suspicion that on September 11, 2025, at around 9:00 PM, on "Zenel Hajdini" street in Ferizaj, Betim Januzi was in unauthorized possession of suspected narcotic substances such as cocaine and marijuana, with the intent to sell or distribute.
