Accused of having an intimate relationship with a man, Will Smith is ready to sue the defamer

Will Smith's team has denied allegations that he and Duane Martin were caught having sex in a dressing room years ago.

A man claiming to be a former friend/assistant of the actor, Bilaal, made headlines after he claimed in an interview that he saw Will and Duane having anal sex.

Bilaal said: “I opened the door to Duane's dressing room and then I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and Will was leaning on the couch.

Will's rep told TMZ: "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false." Moreover, a source close to the actor revealed that Will is considering taking legal action against Bilaal's statements.

As for Duane, he has yet to publicly address Bilaal's accusation.
