After more than 60 days of staying in the most watched house on television, Grande Fratello VIP has announced Alessandra Mussolini as the winner.
The 63-year-old triumphed in the final showdown against Antonella Elia , receiving 55.95% of the votes in the final televoting, compared to her rival's 44.05% .
Throughout the edition, the rivalry and volatile relationship between the two finalists was considered one of the main elements of the spectacle, attracting the attention of the Italian public.
After the victory, Mussolini said that the experience at home will remain unforgettable for her. "I will always keep this experience in my heart ," she said.
At the celebrations after the final on the Mediaset television station and Canale 5 channel, she added: "I enjoyed everything to the fullest, I don't regret anything."
The winner will receive a prize of 100 thousand euros , half of which will be donated to charity.
