Monika Kryemadhi shared an interesting story from behind the scenes of television during a recent interview on the show Goca dhe Gra, where in addition to analyzing the dynamics of Big Brother VIP Albania, she also spoke about the well-known Top Channel producer, Sara Hoxha.
During the panel discussion, Kryemadhi revealed that before meeting her in person, she had a completely different perception of Hoxha. According to her, from the outside she seemed like a distant and quite rigorous figure, but subsequent meetings and collaborations have completely changed this impression.
The politician emphasized that what surprised her most was the way the producer manages to maintain a balance between professional commitments and family life, showing special care for the children even during days filled with work meetings.
"I am impressed by her consistency, I am impressed by her care. I am impressed that she talks to the children during the meetings. I thought she would be very cold," said Kryemadhi, who was invited to the panel.
She added that getting to know her up close has made her appreciate Hoxha's character even more, emphasizing that despite the important role she holds in the television industry, the producer displays a special simplicity.
"I'm impressed that she's so humble, so down to earth."
