After almost a decade, an interview of Edona James that she did nine years ago, on a Serbian TV show, has returned to attention.
The resident of "BBVK" in that interview had made some comments which have stimulated numerous discussions on social networks.
Introducing herself as a Kosovar who was born in Germany, Edona spoke in German and expressed her admiration for the Serbian singer Jelena Karleusha, whom she described as an idol.
In this interview, Edona James emphasized the fact that she does not feel a deep connection with her Albanian origins as she grew up and lived in Germany.
Moreover, she had discovered that she was fascinated by the city of Belgrade in Serbia, a place where she had decided to stay for a period.
"After two days of staying here in Belgrade, I have started to love this place. It's a beautiful place and I plan to stay here for the whole week. I have a lot to explore and I can't wait to visit the clubs in the city. And to be honest, I like Serbian men, they are the best," Edona said at the time.
