At first, Grande had spoken in a lower voice, but that soon changed. The star changed her voice to a much higher register, which fans also recognize, and many people commented on social media about the strange moment.
One person asked: "Literally why does she do this?" while another joked: "This is me talking to my colleagues and then moving on to customers."
But others noted that the star may have been deliberately using the higher voice for a specific reason.
