Moderator Neada Muçaj has reacted publicly for the first time about her departure from Top Channel, a development that at the time was accompanied by rumors of a conflict with colleague Enxhi Nasufi.
Invited to the show "X-Press", she stated that the way the situation was handled was not fair and that many elements were not made public. "The way things happened... is not a way to isolate a person, because many things were not talked about and not explained," said Muçaj.
She also commented on the media frenzy that was created around an alleged physical altercation, suggesting that the situation was intentionally amplified. "I didn't like it at all as a situation and its purpose was definitely for me to become part of a very popular format," she said.
Muçaj categorically denied the news of a physical conflict, emphasizing that it is not a conflictual nature. "There is nothing true behind those headlines... I am not a person who gets into conflicts at work," she declared, adding that she found herself in an unexpected situation. "It was a surprise for me," the moderator said.
However, she admitted that there was a moment of tension during the broadcast. "There was a small provocation... during a commercial break," Muçaj said.
She stressed that the entire situation was exaggerated for media effect. "There was no physical altercation... it's the only way to make noise," Neada declared.
Her statements come after numerous reports of a backstage conflict, which were previously denied even by the "Wake Up" show staff themselves.
