Matthew Perry's Los Angeles home, where he was found dead, has been sold for $8.5 million.
The Friends star, who died aged 54 on October 28, 2023, bought the four-bedroom Pacific Palisades home in 2020 for $6 million, undergoing a massive renovation.
The new owner of the property is Anita Verma-Lallian, a real estate investor and film producer from Arizona.
Recall that Matthew Perry's death prompted a seven-month investigation by Los Angeles authorities, which revealed that the actor was being treated with ketamine to treat depression and anxiety.
However, it was the unsupervised overdoses that caused his death. Doctors have been charged in connection with the case, where one of them has also admitted guilt.
