P. Diddy behaves badly even in prison, the prosecution's other charge

Sean Combs is in a waiting game right now. Despite wanting to be free until his trial, Diddy has been given no special privileges of the kind he expects. His trial on sex trafficking, blackmail, conspiracy and prostitution charges is expected to begin in May next year. Meanwhile, he is "rotting" in prison.

While Diddy can't do much from inside prison, he loses support from more of his longtime acquaintances every day. And while all this is happening, his family continues to suffer. Their pain was compounded recently as his twin daughters, D'Lila and Jessie Combs, paid tribute to their mother Kim Porter on the sixth anniversary of her untimely death.

Prosecutors allege Diddy broke the rules while in prison.

While his family struggles with everything, Diddy has made bad decisions in prison. The federal government filed an indictment Friday, alleging the music mogul violated prison rules. Prosecutors allege that Diddy did a lot of damage while in prison.

-Using other inmates to use their accounts through payment processing applications and deposits into the police station account.

-Instructing people over the phone during calls to "add other individuals via three-way calling".

-Implementing a "public relations" strategy over the phone to "use public statements to change public perception".

It's unclear what the punishment would be for Diddy if he were found guilty of all or any of these allegations, but it certainly can't be good news under any circumstances.
