Kanye West could be in for a major financial blow after his anti-Semitic outburst on X (formerly Twitter), while his wife, Bianca Censori, is in shock and has pulled out of a film that was being shot partly in Japan and co-produced by West. The film, which was about the female body, is now on hiatus, and uncertainty about its future has added to the worry.
A source has claimed that the Censor is deeply hurt by West's actions and does not support them. She is appalled by the anti-Semitic, homophobic and sexist comments he has posted, and many others close to him are also concerned.
The couple were financing the project themselves, and while filming in Japan has wrapped, production is now at a standstill as two of the project's producers are set to leave due to West's statements. The project has been put on hold and its future remains uncertain unless Censor returns to filming.
Kanye West has mentioned his film in X just hours after the couple's much-talked-about appearance on the Grammy red carpet, where Censori caused a lot of attention with her daring (un)dress.
