Khloe Kardashian has spoken about the relationship with her son, Tatum, which apparently is still not very close.
She welcomed her son with Tristan Thompson via a surrogate last summer and says her relationship with the little one is different from her relationship with their daughter True, 5.
"When you compare it, between True and him, it's a very different experience," Khloe told mom Kris Jenner during the June 8 episode of 'The Kardashians.' "Just like the bond I have with both of them."
As Khloe explained, she was still adjusting to life as a mother of two.
“Like with True, it took me a few days to say, 'Okay, this is my girl'—but it just took a few days. But with the boy, it took me months. I love him and I love the kids, but I definitely don't have that full connection yet. But many say it takes time."
Kris couldn't agree more with her statement, noting: “I think you've been through a lot. Your emotions are spent trying to deal with the trauma and all the things you've been through, and I think you have to remember that. I mean, you have to give yourself some credit."
Khloe, on the other hand, said that she feels guilty for what is happening.
"I feel bad...Not bad, sometimes I feel guilty. Why is it not the same? But I know it will be and I know I don't treat it any differently, I just wonder sometimes."
Khloe also opened up about welcoming her son through a surrogate during the season 3 premiere of the Hulu series, revealing that she was in a "state of shock from the whole experience in general."
