Foreign media reports that the music star had to be checked by a radiologist, who gave him permission to perform.
The 30-year-old singer was seen with dark bruises on her shoulder, causing concern among fans, who thought she was seriously injured.
However, according to The Sun, Dua has been given permission to continue her tour after suffering an injury during a 'time off' from performing.
