The former resident of "Big Brother VIP 3", Shkëlqim Bega, was a day ago invited to "Invitation to 5", where violence against women was discussed.
Çimi said that he knows people who have raped their girlfriends as well as raped girls who have stayed in that relationship again. He adds that he has managed to see someone doing violence, even like those in the movies.
"I think violence comes in four forms: physical, emotional, psychological and sexual. I know people who have abused their girlfriends or abused girls in relationships and I have asked them 'why do you stay in this relationship when you are abused?'. I'm talking about physical violence like we see in movies. I have managed to see them and I am not happy. When I ask them why they stay, they say they won't stay anymore. I find out after 1 week that they have returned", said Bega.
The latter stated that he himself has never raped a girl and will never do it, but there were occasions when he screamed.
"I'm not doing the right thing, but I've never put my hand on a girl and I never will. But there were times when I screamed so loud, I almost didn't even recognize myself. Then I calmed down and said 'where does this come from?'
If a person is going to do something bad, it depends on how it looks good or bad in your eyes, you let him do whatever he wants, why do you have to get to that point for you to get out of yourself. Yes, these things are blockages of the past, I say. The way our parents raised us. A child or an adult is a reflection of the family as a whole", said the former resident of the most famous house in Albania.
Cimi then said that 'boys living abroad take pride in beating girls.
"Then our society is also built like this, if you sit at the table with guys who live abroad, they have a kind of pride that 'watch me beat my girlfriend, you listen to me.'
There are a part of the girls who raise their voice, but those who should raise their voice for this part do not speak, because I said they have something inside them that get used to these men who abuse them, who tell them not to leave the house", said Shkëlqim Bega.
