Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged with new sex trafficking charges, bringing the number of alleged victims to three. The new indictment, filed by prosecutors on Thursday, does not include new criminal offenses, but it expands in time to include two more women.
Combs, who is scheduled to appear in court on May 5, has denied all charges, calling them baseless. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, called the prosecution's claims "flawed" and denied allegations that his ex-girlfriends were victims of trafficking.
In the indictment, Diddy is accused of transporting victims and sex workers across state lines and using drugs to manipulate them into sexual intercourse. One of the alleged victims is singer Cassie Ventura, who accused him of sexual and physical assault in a lawsuit filed in 2023, which he settled without pleading guilty.
In addition to the sex trafficking charges, Combs is also being investigated for involvement in a criminal organization that engaged in kidnapping and drug distribution since 2004. The suspected drugs include cocaine, ketamine, oxycodone, methamphetamine and hallucinogenic mushrooms. He also faces dozens of other charges of sexual assault and harassment, which he has also denied.
