Stenaldo's family, who also manage his official Instagram account, have published a strong reaction, condemning the language used and the mentality it represents.
In the shared post, which also includes a video of the moment of offense, the family emphasizes that using the image of God to justify discrimination against a person with disabilities is unacceptable and dangerous.
"Telling someone 'God punished you like this' is deeply inhumane. Don't use God to justify hatred, ignorance, and a total lack of empathy," the response reads.
