Alyssa Schmidt is packing her bags for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The German athlete, who for years has been described by fans and on her pages as the "sexiest athlete in the world", has qualified for the Paris Olympics in the 4x400m medley relay, after her participation in the Athletics World Championships in the Bahamas at the weekend .

"What a night!" she wrote in a caption on an Instagram story on Sunday, which featured German athletes Manuel Sanders, Johanna Martin and Emil Agyekum. "From heaven to Paris," she wrote even after the races in the Bahamas.

The 2024 Olympic Games begin on Friday 26 July and run until Sunday 11 August.

Schmidt, who has seven million followers between her Instagram and TikTok pages, posted on the video platform on Sunday that "Olympic season is officially on," with fans pouring in their congratulations in the comments.

Schmidt traveled to Tokyo for the 2021 Summer Games but did not compete. She then announced her plans to "take a break" from the sport. While now he is racing normally and will be in the most important sports event.
