The Ethics and Discipline Commission at the AFF has made the decisions for the last week in Albanian football. Discipline has not at all forgiven the violence that "broke out" in youth football, mainly in U-16. The flag bearer was fined 300,000 ALL, but not only that, as the suspensions for officials were numerous.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1. FC U-16 flag bearer, for not fulfilling the obligations by not taking order and security measures and endangering the safety of the match officials, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/a 17/2/f and 17 /2h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
2. The official of Flamurtari FC U-16, Robert Islami, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
3. The official of Flamurtari FC U-16, Gentian Zguro, for violent behavior towards officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
4. The official of AF Triumph U-16, Endri Renxa, for violent behavior towards the officials of the opposing team, based on Article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
5. The FC Lushnja U-17 player, Elsi Pupa, for unholy behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
6. The official of FC Lushnja U-17, Julian Gjyla, for protesting the decisions of the match official, based on Article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.
7. KF Apolonia U-17, for not fulfilling the obligations by not taking order and security measures and endangering the safety of the match officials, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/a 17/2/f and 17 /2h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
8. FC Dinamo City U-17, for abandoning the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-17, against KF Apolonia U-17, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
9. The official of KF Apolonia U-17, Santiliano Dule, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
10. The player of KF Apolonia U-17, Klevis Pajaj, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
11. The player of KF Apolonia U-17, Muhamed Mehmeti, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
12. The player of FC Dinamo City U-17, Ledion Spahiu, for violent behavior towards officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
13. The player of FC Dinamo City U-17, Elio Hyziu, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
14. S Pepa U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the First U-19 Category, against the U-19 Football Academy, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
15. The FC U-17 captain, for abandoning the valid match of the First U-17 Category, against KF Vora U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
16. Shënkolli U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the First U-17 Category, against KF Pogradeci U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
17. Shënkolli U-15, for abandoning the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-15, against KF Skënderbeu U-15, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
18. KF Shkodra U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16, against FC Labëria U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
19. KF Laçi U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-15, against FC Besa U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
20. FC Lushnja U-19, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the Second U-19 International Category, against FC Kinostudio U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/ 4/a of KDE, loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
21. The official of FC Lushnja U-19, Blerim Hasalla, for activating a player who did not have the right to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) months of suspension from the activity.
22. Iliria A U-13, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the Second Category U-13, against Don Bosko Academy B U-13, based on articles 19/2 and 19 /4/a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
23. The official of FC Iliria A U-13, Dashamir Cangu, for activating a player who did not have the right to play, based on article 19/4/b of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) months of suspension from the activity.
24. Dismissing the request of FC Dinamo City U-17 as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
25. Dismissal of the request of KF Naftetari U-15 as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
26. Dismissal of the request of Flamurtari FC U-16 as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
27. Dismissal of the request of the player of FK Partizani U-19, Ralf Çela, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
28. Dismissal of the request of FK Partizani U-19 player, Frenki Shahaj, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
29. Dismissal of the request of the player of FK Partizani U-19, Danilo Bajraktari, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
