Distria Krasniqi secures medals for Kosovo, the judoka from Peja gets two fantastic victories and qualifies for the European Judo final

The judoka from Kosovo, Distria Krasniqi, has qualified for the final of the European Championship that is being held in Zagreb, Croatia.

Distria Krasniqi had a wonderful start to the European Championship, taking two victories in a row and qualifying for the semi-finals of the Category up to 52 kilograms.

The judoka from Peja was free in the first round, while in the second round she defeated the judoka from Ukraine, Anna Borodina, by 'ippon'.

In the quarterfinals, Distria was ruthless, convincingly defeating the Croatian Ana Viktorija Puljiz, with the technique known as Osaekomi.

After this victory, the "Dardane" judoka qualified for the final, where she will face Ariane Toro Soler from Spain.
