
Inter coach Simone Inzaghi spoke to Sky Sport during the media day ahead of Saturday's Champions League final against PSG in Munich. He highlighted the team's extraordinary journey in the competition, reaching their second final in three years.
"Our big goal is to win on Saturday. We're up against a great opponent, but we'll prepare as best we can ," said Inzaghi.
Asked about the disappointment of losing the championship, he admitted: "We wanted to win it, but our rival deserves compliments. Now the focus is on the final."
Compared to the previous final against Manchester City, Inzaghi praised the team's experience: " Having played a final helps us. PSG is a strong team, with high quality and a great coach like Luis Enrique. We will play with our principles, determination and intensity."
Regarding the impact of the final result on his future, Inzaghi said: " Now there is no point in talking about the future. We will discuss with the president and the club, always for the good of Inter ."
