The flagship does not waste time and promotes the new "helmsman". Emiliano Çela is officially the coach of the Vlorës, thus replacing Diego Longo, who left at the end of the season. 

Çela joins the Reds and Blacks after the adventure with Kastriot in the elite of Albanian football. The technician from Memaliaj, turned into a hero last season by saving the Crutans, while this edition it was impossible to repeat the historic success. 

The 37-year-old, after his career as a football player of Flamurtari, is now returning as a coach. The news has been confirmed by the Vlonjat club itself on the official website. Sports director Ferko was the one who introduced the new coach of Flamurtari.
