The Disciplinary Commission has today given the decisions for the week we left behind in Albanian football. Several players of Flagurtar have been punished for unsportsmanlike behavior and for attacking the opponent. There are also punishments for Burrell officials.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1. The official of KF Burreli, Dorian Bubeqi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/2/a of the KDS, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from all activities. In application of Article 32/2/3 of the Criminal Code, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 32/4 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.
2. The official of KF Burreli, Arjan Lleshaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/2/a of the KDS, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from all activities. In application of Article 32/2/3 of the Criminal Code, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 32/4 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.
3. FK Tomori, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the sports ground, based on article 65/1 and 65/3/c of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 116/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
4. The FC flag bearer, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 65/1, 65/3/c and 65/4/a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek. Pursuant to Article 116/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5. The player of Flamurtari FC, Behar Ramadani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent, based on article 47/1/d of the KDS, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from all activities.
6. The player of Flamurtari FC, Souza De Oliveira Odaildo, for attacking the opponent, based on Article 47/1/e of KDS, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from all activities.
7. The player of Flamurtari FC, Bardh Bylykbashi, for attacking the opponent, based on article 47/1/e of KDS, is punished with 5 (five) matches suspension from all activities.
8. The Flamurtari FC player, Ronaldo Disha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 48/1/a of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from all activities.
9. The player of Flamurtari FC, Andi Ribaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 48/1/a of the KDS, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from all activities.
10. The official of Flamurtari FC, Shkëlqim Ramaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 48/2/a of the KDS, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from all activities.
11. The official of Flamurtari FC, Amadeo Di Latte, for provoking the public, based on article 52/1 of the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from the activity.
12. KS Korabi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on article 65/2 and 65/3/c of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 116/1/a of the Criminal Code, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
13. The player of KS Korabi, Antonio Tanushi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opponent and provocation of the public, based on article 47/1/d and 52/1 of KDS, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from the activity.
14. Lojtari i KS Korabi, Henry Marku, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha aktivitetet.
15. Lojtari i FK Tepelena, Igli Kalemi, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha aktivitetet.
16. Lojtari i FK Tepelena, Kulemans Havaraj, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit dhe zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d dhe 48/1/a të KDS, dënohet me 10 (dhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha aktivitetet.
17. Lojtari i KF Këlcyra, Erjon Trimi, për sjellje josportive ndaj kundërshtarit, në bazë të nenit 47/1/d të KDS, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha aktivitetet.
18. Acceptance of the request of KF Teuta player, Rigel Tepshi, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 32/4 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.
19. Dismissal of the request of FC Kinostudio, as not based on the Sports Discipline Code.
