Last night, Albanian fighter Arijan Topallaj faced Denis Frimpong in an extreme cage match. The MMA showdown in the “Octagon” did not go well for the 26-year-old Albanian.
Topallaj lost consciousness last night in the fight against the Ghanaian. The Albanian lost by technical knockout and had to be taken to the hospital on a stretcher after leaving the ring.
But fortunately, Arijan Topallaj's condition is reported to be stable. Frimpong put up a very good and strong performance against the Albanian fighter, which resulted in the latter losing consciousness.
After the victory, Frimpong burst into tears during the interview as he shared the news that he is expecting the birth of his son next week.
" He (Topallaj) said I didn't have the heart, but I showed more than that. I'm here, I risked not being at the birth of my child, but my wife gave me the strength to do this. All of this was for her ," Frimpong said.
The fighter nicknamed 'The Threat' not only secured an important victory for his MMA career, but also one of the most talked-about moments of the evening, earning the public's respect for his physical strength and human sensitivity.
