Kai Havertz gave Arsenal the lead in the Champions League final against PSG, beating goalkeeper Matvey Safonov in the opening minutes of the match.
For the German striker, this was his second goal in a Champions League final. He had previously been a protagonist in the 2021 final, when he scored the decisive goal against Manchester City with Chelsea, securing the London team the most prestigious trophy in European club football.
With his goal against PSG, Havertz joined a small group of players who have scored in the Champions League final with two different clubs. This list also includes Cristiano Ronaldo, who has scored with Manchester United and Real Madrid, and Mario Mandzukic, who has scored in the final with Bayern Munich and Juventus.

However, Havertz has set a unique record. He is the only footballer to score in a Champions League final with two clubs from the same country and, at the same time, from the same city, London.
In addition to giving Arsenal the lead in the challenge against PSG, his goal placed the German striker's name in a special chapter in the history of Europe's most important club competition.
