The former player was in Uruguay and according to Argentine media, he ended up hospitalized with a laceration in his abdomen and a fractured clavicle. His situation appears to be stable, but there is still a lot of mystery surrounding the circumstances of what happened, as he was accompanied to the hospital only by his partner.

According to the media, Laveci was at a family event and the situation escalated due to the consumption of alcohol, with his brother, who is suspected to be the person who hit him. Meanwhile, family members have stated that in fact Laveci suffered these injuries after falling down the stairs while changing a light bulb at home.
