Chaos in Hellas Verona , the Serie A club has 100 percent of its shares seized. The latter is under investigation by the "Guardia di Finanza" of Bologna for fraud against the bank.
This measure comes as a result of investigations that arose after the bankruptcy of a joint-stock company, also the owner of the Hellas Verona team.
The investigations revealed, according to what is read in a GDF note, "episodes of distraction, carried out through the transfer of representative shares of the sports club, from the bankrupt company to the receiver. the limited liability company of the insurance measure; the latter is also attributed to the same entrepreneur, Mauricio Seti, owner of the company.
Therefore, the "Guardia di Finanzia" of Bologna, as a precautionary measure, has seized 100% of the shares of the Hellas Verona club.
Meanwhile, through an official reaction, the Verona club emphasizes that the shares are not affected by this decision and that in this case it is only a matter between a company of president Seti and another company.
