Kosovo sets its sights on friendly matches, President Ademi reveals the potential opponent of the "Dardans"
After a positive campaign in the World Cup qualifiers, where Kosovo only reached the play-off final, the focus of the "Dardan" representative is now on future challenges and organizing friendly matches.
The President of the Football Federation of Kosovo, Agim Ademi, announced that Andorra is one of the possible opponents for a friendly match in June.
" We have not fully confirmed it, but we are in contact with officials from the Andorran Football Federation. I believe it could be one of the opponents in the friendly matches ," Ademi declared to the media in Kosovo.
The head of the FFK also explained that no change is expected in the planned dates for the matches.
" There is no need to change the date if we play on June 7, because we have separate FIFA dates and there is no need because the elections will end when the match starts ," he said.
Kosovo aims to use the friendly matches to maintain competitive form and continue building the team for future international challenges.
