The U-21 national team continues its preparations in Istanbul, Turkey, as part of the preparations for the two games in September scheduled against Armenia and Romania, valid for the qualifiers of the 2025 European Championship.
The Communication Department of the AFL informs that the list of the U-21 National Team has undergone changes. The talented midfielder Adrian Pajaziti has suffered an injury and after consultations with the medical staff he will not be ready to contribute to these two important challenges for the red and blacks.
Meanwhile, the other two footballers, Enis Asani and Arlind Rexhepi, joined the team in Istanbul today, after being equipped with Albanian passports, and will be immediately available to coach Alban Bushi.
The team will continue preparations in Turkey today, while the next day it will leave for Armenia. On September 8, the Reds and Blacks will play the first transfer match against the Armenian team, starting at 19:00, while the next meeting of Albania U-21 will be the one against Romania at 'Elbasan Arena', on September 12 in 6:30 p.m.
