The details of what happened both in terms of sports and in that historical documentary, are actually best completed by an article by the well-known Uvil Zajmi.
However, only a photo that a friend of mine (R.Ç.) sent me two days ago, taken from a photo album of the icon of German football, Franz Beckenbauer, was enough to provoke me to write these lines and bring them back. once in attention to that event, starting from the situation we are currently experiencing with the corona virus.
It was the year 1971, when the German National Football Team would set foot on Albanian soil for the second time as a result of the draw that placed it within a short period of time, again in front of the same team and which would have to be consumed again in the eliminators of the same competition, European Championship "BELGIUM - 1972".
And again, as in the first meeting, not only interest, but surprises would not be missing in this confrontation, which, it must be said that in terms of sports history, was exactly the gate that was opened for the FRG National Team to start its way to the biggest successes (it is enough to remember here the fact that Germany was declared European Champion once, World Champion once, while Bayern Munich won the Champions Cup three times in a row) that catapulted him, the German teams and German football itself in the 70s of the last century as among the best in the world.
And this time, unlike in 1967, nothing would be neglected and VIPs like Franz Beckenbauer and Gerd Müller, who had refused to play against Albania at that time, were lined up to support legends like Patzke, Veber , Overat and Netzer to reach the objective, as they were also coming from a draw with Turkey in Germany, which at that moment put their objectives at considerable risk if they had not won in Tirana.
Even this time, other names would come to the fore that would turn into real legends of German and world football, such as goalkeeper Majer, Berti Vogts and a more renewed team in general, skilfully led by the legend Helmut Schoen, the coach longest serving on the bench of the German National Team.
A relatively similar situation, although not on the verge of such a murderous pandemic as today's "Covid-19", dictated by a wave of malaria epidemic, was intended to easily affect our country at the exact time that the "Nationalmanschaft" wants set foot in Rinas to start the Albanian "adventure".
E në këtë atmosferë, yjet e Gjermanisë zbritën në Rinas më 15 shkurt, dy ditë para ndeshjes zyrtare që do të kurorëzohej me një fitore minimale 0:1 për ta në „Qemal Stafa“, më 17 shkurt 1971. Dhe pikërisht aty i pret edhe „surpriza e parë“, që vinte si pasojë e një urdhri të dhënë nga ish-kryeministri Mehmet Shehu sipas të cilit, të gjithë të huajt që do të zbrisnin në Rinas, do të duhej që këpucët si dhe duart ti pastronin në një përmbajtje dezinfektuese, për t’u siguruar se nuk do përcillnin asgjë nga mikrobet që mund të sillnin nga vendet e tyre.
E pikërisht këtë moment që për publikun shqiptar na shfaqet për herë të parë e mungon i dokumentuar edhe në artikullin e Y. Zajmit, na e rezervon vetë Franz Beckenbauer në një album personal fotografik me titull: „Schau’n mer mal” – Franz Beckenbauer – Geschichten und Bilder einer aussergeëöhnlichen Karriere“, me autor Tom Bender dhe Michael Pfad, botim i vitit 1995.
Ajo i referohet një shprehje të famshme të përdorur në dialektin bavarez nga legjenda Beckenbauer „Schau’n mer mal“ që në shqip do të thotë pak a shumë „të shohim një herë“ e që përmban momente nga jeta e tij futbollistike e ajo familjare. Titulli vijon në fakt me: “Franz Beckenbauer-Histori dhe imazhe të një karriere të jashtëzakonshme“. Albumi çelet me një parathënie të ish-Kancelarit të ndjerë të RFGJ-së, Helmut Kohl.
Sigurisht se shumë fansa të tij në Gjermani e në Shqipëri, padyshim se e posedojnë atë, dikush si dhuratë e dikush si të blerë në vitet ’90, por askujt nuk i kishte rënë në sy një detaj shumë i veçantë në lidhje me Shqipërinë në përmbajtje të këtij albumi.
Është pikërisht një foto që edhe pa diçiturë flet shumë, por gjithsesi në diçiturën e saj shkruhet: „Aeroporti i Tiranës / Beckenbauer duhet të lajë duart në një solucion desinfektues. Në këtë mënyrë eliminohen të gjitha viruset kapitaliste. Vetëm pas kësaj mund të vijonte udhëtimi për më tej. Në ekstremin majtas në foto, shihet edhe Berti Vogts“.
Është sigurisht një detaj që lidhet shumë me situatën aktuale, pavarësisht se s‘ka dyshim se autorët e albumit e kanë përfshirë në atë kohë këtë detaj në album, pikërisht për të sjellë edhe më fort efektin e habisë në kufijtë e një humori thuajse të zi, që e ilustron edhe më shumë izolimin e vendit tonë në ato kohë. Mund të ketë qenë sigurisht edhe një përzgjedhje e vetë Beckenbauerit, por kjo pak rëndësi ka.
Nga perspektiva aktuale, tashmë e shohim se s‘paskësh qenë aspak një masë e tepruar, e as e qesharake, duke pasuar parasysh protokollin e orientimet e sjella nga OBSH në të tilla raste, ku kontakti i parë me të huajt shpesh të dikton edhe futjen në karantinë në raste ekstreme si ky i pandemisë.

That VKM and that decision of the former prime minister Shehu would continue to have power even after democracy, in quite ordinary times (although not in Rinas) where witnesses are often travelers passing through land border crossing points, where they need to soak the tires of their cars with solution, a procedure that, apart from the cost, seems very surprising and funny.
In addition to the photo sent to us from the album in question, I am also bringing to this stream some photos taken from the German press of the time (which, in order not to be repeated vulgarly, are also not found in the article by U. Zajmi) that accompanied it an event that, as we pointed out, undoubtedly paved the way for the greatest successes in the history of German football and has left a big mark on the history of world football, in terms of tactical schemes and the spirit of team competition that is not found anywhere else in the world in that measure, as in the German one.
