"I love racing", Hamilton in nightmare after moving to Ferrari:

Seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton expressed disappointment after finishing 12th in the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Briton is racing for Ferrari this season and despite the advantages of the "Redhead" single-seater, he has not yet shown himself, being far behind his rivals for the Formula 1 championship title.

Hamilton finished 12th in the Hungarian GP and after the race he admitted that this is the worst season of his career, despite the expectations he and the fans had. At least the 40-year-old admits that he still pulls from racing and has not lost his adrenaline.

" I'm not particularly angry, but there was nothing more I could do. I didn't expect much from the first half of this season, but it went much worse than any previous season. When you have a feeling... you have. There are a lot of things going on in the background that are not good. But I still love racing ," said Hamilton.

Ferrari director Frederic Vasser said the differences were not large and that he was sorry that Leclerc lost the race.

" The difference wasn't big, but in the first two laps we were in control. In the last one, we had a two-second difference in speed and we lost the race. It's a shame because Charles had a great first part of the Grand Prix and we expected more. He had a problem with the chassis from lap 40 onwards.

"At the beginning of the race, we had excellent speed, on par with the McLarens and a good advantage over Russell. Then we lost everything. Now we have to understand what happened in the second half of the race. But let's take the positive sides, in many respects we were on par with the McLarens. Hamilton lost two positions at the start, then got stuck in traffic for thirty laps and when everyone has DRS from the car in front, you can't do much ," he said.
