Albanian midfielder Medon Berisha is in incredible form for Lecce. In matchday 13 against Torino, the 22-year-old was instrumental in the 2-1 win over Torino.
After the match, Berisha was "honored" with the "Player of the Match" award. The impressive performance was not left in the "shadow" even by the prestigious media "SofaScore", placing the Albanian in the lineup of the week, as far as Serie A is concerned.
Interestingly, this 11-man squad lacks big names like Çalahanoğlu, Modric or McTominay. Medon Berisha is the third highest-rated player in the squad (8.8), behind Neres (9.5) and Yildiz (9.1).
It is worth noting that the "director" of Lecce, beyond the "growth curve" in a short time, has not "convinced" the national team coach Silvinjo to put him on the field from the first minute.
