Milan takes risks at the end but returns to victory, the Rossoneri do not

Milan achieved an important 3-2 victory over Torino at the San Siro, in the 30th week of Serie A. The match was characterized by high intensity and emotional upheaval, with the home team managing to maintain the advantage until the end.

The match was broken in the 36th minute by Strahinja Pavlović, who scored a spectacular goal with his left foot from outside the area. The ball hit the inside crossbar and ended up in the net.

Torino reacted quickly and in the 38th minute, Duvan Zapata took a chance, but goalkeeper Mike Menjo was careful. At the end of the first half, the guests equalized through Giovanni Simeone, who took advantage of a ball that bounced off the post after a shot by Nikola Vlasic. The first half ended in a 1-1 draw.

The second half of the game was more dynamic. In the 53rd minute, Adrien Rabiot scored the opening goal for Milan (2-1), after a well-constructed move by Modric, Pulisic and Rabiot himself.

Just two minutes later, Jusuf Fofana extended the lead to 3-1, after an assist from Zakari Atekame, who came on at the start of the second half.

Torino tried to get back into the game and in the 68th minute came close to scoring through Simeone, but Menjo intervened decisively again. In the 82nd minute, Nikola Vlasic narrowed the score to 3-2 from the penalty spot, after a foul by Pavlović on Simeone.

The result remained unchanged until the end.

With this victory, Milan climbs to second place with 63 points. The Rossoneri have one point more than third-place Napoli and remain five points behind leaders Inter, who have yet to play this week's match.
