National team defender Elseid Hysaj is ready to leave Lazio in the January transfer window. Lack of playing time is the main reason why the 31-year-old Albanian is insistently seeking a departure.
Italian journalist Nikolo Shira makes it a fait accompli that Albania's "record holder" for the number of appearances has made the final decision to seek another destination, despite the fact that his contract with Lazio expires in the summer.
In the last 14 games under coach Maurizio Sarri, Hysaj has only played 11 minutes, almost negligible in terms of time on the pitch. There is no concrete destination for the right-back, while so far he has "sweated" the shirts of Empoli, Napoli and Lazio.
Elseid #Hysaj 's contract (expires in June) won't be extended. So the fullback is ready to leave #Lazio . #transfers
