Myrto Uzuni will continue his career at Austin in America. This is after the American club agreed to pay 12 million euros, which coincides with the termination clause of Granada's contract.
"Givemesport" reports that the parties are working on completing the documents. Details such as medical tests remain, as Uzuni will have his first experience in America.
These days have been quite intense for the 29-year-old striker. Uzuni was not training with the team, while it was Austin who had convinced him about the transfer.
Granada did not give up on the services of the Albanian striker. The Spanish club's general director, Alfredo García Amado, himself revealed that they had previously rejected $9 million.
To reinforce that they would not allow Uzun, he said that this transfer window operation will be completed successfully if the full release clause is paid. The Albanian national team striker has carved his name in Granada where he joined 3 years ago, precisely in January 2022.
