Elia Zaharia has reacted to her judicial process. Zaharia emphasized that the session for him and Prince Leka for the mutual protection order was postponed since the prosecution had not brought its forensic report.
She said that her father did not request a protection order from Leka, "as he did not consider it necessary for the continuation of this finished relationship".

" I can't go public because I'm in court proceedings! I pray that there are no distortions, the session for me and Leka for the mutual protection order was postponed because the prosecution had not brought my forensic report.
It was requested by the lawyer to make it available, now it was also requested by the court! It's a simple procedure! While for dad it was developed. Dad did not request a protection order from Leka, as he did not consider it necessary for the continuation of this ended relationship. The request for a protection order against him was made only by Leka and the court upheld it.
I am writing this because what has not been invented these days in panels with people who presented themselves as our friends and whom I have never met! Today's hearing is only related to the protection order, not the criminal complaint. That is another issue that belongs to the prosecution," said Elia Zaharia for the "Jetë Albaniani" show on RTSH.
