"From today there are no more words", Strakosha is officially

Thomas Strakosha officially started his new career adventure today, becoming part of the AEK club in Athens. The Albanian goalkeeper has said goodbye to England, where he was part of Brentfrod, to move to Greece, a country where he returns 12 years after he left to join the academy of Lazio.

The club has made the official announcement on its website, clarifying that the 29-year-old Albanian goalkeeper has signed a long-term contract until 2029.

"AEK announces the purchase of Thomas Strakosha. The Albanian goalkeeper has signed a cooperation contract with our team until June 2029" - writes AEK.

In the presentation to the AEK team, Strakosha stated that from today there are no more words, only work.

"I am very happy that my transfer to AEK was completed. I'm looking forward to starting training and being at the ready of my trainer. From today there are no more words, only work", were Strakosha's first words as the goalkeeper of the Greek club.

For Strakosha, this is a return to Greece, as he previously wore the jersey of Panionios, starting from U17 to U-20.
