An unusual event occurred on Easter Monday morning for former Albanian national team coach Christian Panucci.
While on vacation in Dubai with his partner, his Audi car caught fire in the yard of his villa, between the Fonte Laurentina and Spinaceto areas, on the outskirts of Rome.
Immediately after the announcement, the fire brigade and the carabinieri intervened to extinguish the flames. Fortunately, no one was injured, and the fire was brought under control in time.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident. Security camera footage from inside Panucci's property is being reviewed, and one of the leads being investigated is that of a possible intentional act.
Informed by phone about the incident, Panucci expressed his concern and sought to understand what really happened in his absence.
