The Serbian national team has suffered a major blow after losing to Albania in Leskovac.
The defeat not only significantly reduced hopes for a place in the World Cup, but also led to the resignation of coach Dragan Stojkovic.
Serbia's next match will be against Andorra, where due to the current situation, numerous changes to the lineup are expected.
The team will be temporarily led by Zoran Bata Mirkovic, while five key players will not be available for this match.
Nikola Milenkovic, Andrija Zivkovic, Predrag Rajkovic, Luka Jovic and Dragan Rosic are out of the squad due to fatigue and injuries. Luka Lijeskic from Radnički 1923, Vuk Draskovic from Crvena Zvezda and Mihajlo Cvetkovic from Anderlecht have been called up in their place.
Serbia is expected to appear with a weakened lineup against Andorra, while the atmosphere in the Serbian camp remains heavy after recent results and uncertainty about the future.
