"Play off" of the Conference League, Struga finds a new "home" in Albania

The match Struga-Breidablik, valid for the "play-off" phase of the Conference League, will be played on August 24 at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium, at 19:00.

The decision was made in consultation between UEFA, the Football Federation of North Macedonia and the Albanian Football Federation, as the Bstadium of Struga did not meet the criteria of the European football government for the matches of this stage.

Also, no other stadium in North Macedonia currently meets UEFA's criteria and therefore it was agreed with the AFL that Struga's first match will be played in Albania.

In addition to the stadium, the Albanian Football Federation will offer all its assistance for the best possible organization of the match thanks to the great experience it has in hosting international competitions.
