Former captain of the Albanian national team, Lorik Cana, has made a comparison between the Serbia-Albania match played in 2014 and the one expected to be played tonight.
He initially focused on the importance of three points that, according to him, Albania should aim for.
" We must aim to win, because only victory gives us a good position and a good chance ," Cana told Klan Kosova.
" The national team has also played in the European Championships, and the pressure of the result is extraordinary in these cases. This match, in addition to its sporting importance, also carries a great emotional load due to the feelings it involves ," he said.
Cana then explained why more play is expected in tonight's match than in the one 11 years ago, which was interrupted and from which Albania had gained three points on the table.
" Compared to 11 years ago, tonight we are not in a stadium like in Belgrade in front of 30 thousand Serbian fans. That atmosphere then added even more emotions and pressure. I think the choice of stadium this time gives more space to the game and creates more opportunities to show a good game ," he said.
