Albanian teams have learned their potential opponents in the second qualifying round of the Conference League, if they manage to secure passage from the first round matches.
The draw made by UEFA did not result in a favorable outcome for some of the Albanian representatives. Vllaznia, if they eliminate Malisheva of Kosovo in the first round, will face the Scottish team Hibernian FC in the second round.
An equally difficult challenge awaits AF Elbasan. If the Yellow-Blues manage to get past BATE Borisov, they will face Swiss team FC Sion.
Meanwhile, Dinamo City, if they eliminate Astana, will face the winner of the FC Sherif (Moldova) - NK Aluminij (Slovenia) pair in the second round of the Conference League.
Egnatia's situation is somewhat different. The Albanian champions will first face Petrocub in the first qualifying round of the Champions League. If they manage to get past the Moldovan team, they will continue their journey to the Champions League. In case of elimination, Egnatia will go down to the Conference League, where in the second round they will face the loser of the FK Borac Banja Luka – Levski Sofia pair.
The Abyssnet Superiore teams first learned the opponents of the first round of the Conference League, and then were introduced to the possible scenarios for the second round, depending on the results of the first matches.
The UEFA Conference League second qualifying round matches are scheduled to take place on 23 and 30 July.
