Immediately after the official announcement of the opponent with which Albania will play, which coincides with the Polish team, the reaction from the latter has also come. Among the 16 teams that were in the draw, the Albania-Poland duo is a duel in which we have often felt the "taste" of each other's competition on the field.
However, the Polish media "Onet.Pl" initially described the draw as a "dream draw", while the red and black team as the "second best option in the semi-finals". This means that they do not feel that threatened by our national team.
Other media outlets such as "WP.pl" have maintained their writing with more objectivity, but without "overshadowing" their victories over Albania. While below the lines it is clearly understood that they are "eyes and ears" towards the confrontation.
Little but certain, the Albania-Poland matchup was statistically expected due to the formula itself, it remains to be seen the debut of both teams, who consider the challenge very important for their "longevity" in the 2026 World Cup.
