Bylis coach Nevil Dede announced after the loss to Vllaznia that he has resigned from managing the Albanian team.
" What I regret is that the first day I went to Ballsh with these guys, I said out loud that I had conviction and tried to do my best, but at a certain point, I believe that a change of figure would do these guys good. Above all, I will thank the president for the support, but in the end a change of figure probably brings improvement to the team. And what I wanted to say, when a change is needed for improvement, the figure is me and not far from after the match with Egnatia, I had this discussion with the president for the good of this team.
For three days I couldn't make a move because it would seem unethical. But at this moment I think that the change will bring improvement, I'm proud of the work and the results and the satisfaction. At certain moments we will accept everything, we are in time, and the club is in time to make the right decision.
I made the decision and presented it to the president, always hoping for the best for these boys.
"I believe in most cases in the situation we were in, I did a fantastic job. The good has no end, but we have strong opponents in front, it is an aggressive scheme where you have no rest at any moment where you have to give your maximum. All of them bring fluctuations, because they are really at a young age and experience them ," Dede told RTSH after the match.
