The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has today distributed the usual penalty sheets for Super League clubs after the last matches of the Albanian championship. The Tirana-Partizani derby, but also the challenge between Egnatia and Elbasan, did not see the repetition of unpleasant situations in the stands with offensive chants and throwing of objects, for which there were hefty fines against the clubs involved.
Meanwhile, Flamurtari was the one who was punished with the heaviest fine, 300 thousand lekë, due to the events at the end of the match against Besa, where the Cavaliers' staff was attacked by fans. The team from Vlorë will play the next two matches as hosts without fans, while they must also pay for the damages that the latter have caused to the VAR system in the stadium.
Full decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants towards the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2-KF Tirana is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
3-FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants against the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
4-FK Partizani is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
5-KF Egnatia, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants against the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
6-AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants against the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
7-AF Elbasani is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the "Arena Egnatia" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
8-Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and not ensuring the safety of players and officials of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lek and the holding of 2 (two) matches without spectators. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
9-Flamurtari FC is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the VAR system equipment according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
10-Lojtari i Eagle Football, Aldo Branica, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 10 (dhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
11-AS Himara, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Tretë, kunder KF Klosi, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
12-Lojtari i KF Vllaznia U-18, Erhart Lilo, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
13-KF Turbina U-19, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-19, kunder FC Kinostudio U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
14-KF Erzeni U-19, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-19, kunder FC Lushnja U-19, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
15-Lojtari i AF Elbasani U-17, Ervis Tafa, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
16-Lojtari i Laberia SK U-17, Angjelos Shehu, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
17-FK Pogradeci U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Parë U-17, kunder FC Lushnja U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
18-KF Laçi U-16, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Parë U-16, kunder AF Elbasani U-16, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
19-Flamurtari Futsall, për mos përmbushje të detyrimeve duke mos garantuar sigurinë e lojtarëve dhe zyrtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të neneve 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/a dhe 17/2/h të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 300.000 (treqind mijë) lekë dhe zhvillimin e 2 (dy) ndeshjeve pa spektatorë. Sipas nenit 76/1/f të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 10%.
20-Lojtari i Flamurtari Futsall, Ardit Shehaj, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/l të KDE, dënohet me 1 (një) vit pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
21-Holle Tirana U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-15, Tirana Regional Zone, against Selaci Junior U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
22-Acceptance of the request of the KF Turbina official, Redin Malaj, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
23-Acceptance of the request of the KKS Albanet official, Erli Hoti, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
24-Rejection of the request of KF Iliria player, Andrea Pjetri, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
25-Rejection of the request of the Legends 9×9 player, Ledjo Hima, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
