The Albanian Football Federation has made public the decisions of the Disciplinary Committee regarding the matches of the 27th week of the championship.
According to the Disciplinary Board's decision, three clubs in the Superior Category – Tirana, Elbasan and Flamurtari – have been fined 50 thousand new lek each. The measure was taken due to inappropriate behavior of spectators during matches at the stadium.
Meanwhile, the Disciplinary Committee has also taken a harsh decision against Teuta captain Blerim Kotobelli. The footballer has been suspended from sporting activities for four matches.
In another decision, footballer Ardit Deliu's claim for compensation against the Tirana club was accepted. According to the decision, the player has won the court case against the capital club, which has a 30-day deadline to execute the decision.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and using offensive chants towards opposing fans, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2-AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting pyrotechnic devices and using offensive chants towards opposing fans, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
3-Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
4-KF Teuta player, Blerim Kotobelli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
5-FK Kukësi, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
6-FK Kukësi official, Florian Biba, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from all activities.
In accordance with Article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium until the end of the sentence.
1-The player of Rinia EL U-15, Enes Pelushaj, for rough play against the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/e of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from all activities.
2-KF Teuta U-17, për mosrespektimin e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa gjatë ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 8/1, 16/1 dhe 17/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 500.000 (pesëqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
KF Teuta U-17, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast përsëritjeje të vonesave apo ndërprerjes së ndeshjes, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore më të rënda, të parashikuara nga Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës.
1-Zyrtari i KF Teuta U-17, Markelian Xhai, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
2-Zyrtari i Luzi i Vogël 2008, Albert Lusha, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga të gjitha veprimtaritë.
3-Barrikada FC, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit FSHF Sunday League, FSHF CUP, kundër FC Dajti, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/f të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 10%.
4-Zyrtari i Barrikada FC, Enea Fejzaj, për nxitje të dhunës duke shkaktuar ndërprerjen e ndeshjes midis Barrikada FC kundër FC Dajti, në bazë të nenit 14/4 të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) muaj pezullim nga veprimtaritë dhe gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 6/5 të KDE, Barrikada FC ka përgjegjësi solidare për mbulimin e detyrimeve monetare të zyrtarëve të klubit.
Në zbatim të nenit 6/2/c të KDE, zyrtarit i ndalohet hyrja në të gjitha stadiumet, në veprimtaritë sportive të organizuara nga FSHF, deri në përfundim të dënimit.
1-Lojtari i Barrikada FC, Arjan Sheta, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes dhe shkelje të rregullave themelore të sjelljes së mirë, në bazë të neneve 13/2 dhe 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 10 (dhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
2-Studenti U-9, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Etien Academy U-9, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
3-Rinia EL U-11, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-11, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Triumph Academy U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
4-Lojtari i AF Dajti U-17, Ernes Ibro, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
5-AF Dajti U-17 player, Hamza Doka, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.
6-AF Dajti U-17 player, Henri Allushi, for attacking players of the opposing team and not respecting the activity regulations, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
7-The player of KF Iliria U-17, Gerald Bami, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.
8-The player of KF Iliria U-17, Anjelson Alshabani, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.
9-FC Autokton U-13 player, Orkli Doko, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from activities.
10-KF Tirana D, U-11, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-11, Tirana Regional Zone, against KF Spartaku A U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
11-Kamza Sport player, Ronildo Zmali, for attacking players of the AF Dajti team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.
12-Rejection of the request of KF Burreli official, Samuel Nikaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
13-Rejection of the request of TR 19 Football Academy U-19 player, Kristjan Mataj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
14-Rejection of the request of TR 19 Football Academy U-16 player, Markus Nezaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
15-Rejection of the request of FC Storm player, Ledjon Balliu, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
16-Rejection of the request of Eagle Football player, Samuel Vrapi, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
17-Rejection of the request of KF Oriku player, Xhuliano Mirani, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
18-Rejection of the request of AF Triumph player, Roen Xhuxha, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
19-Rejection of the request of the Devolli Football Club regarding the alleged activation of players who were not eligible to play in the KF Devolli – Bylis B match, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
20-Acceptance of the request of the applicant Ardit Deliu. Tirana Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 18, dated 06.10.2025 of the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, is given a notice period of 30 (thirty) days to execute the decision.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
