
Midfielder Amar Asani has been called up for the first time by coach Alban Bushi to the Albanian U-21 national team. The news was announced by the Swedish club Treleborg, where the 19-year-old plays.
Asani, who was born in Sweden, plays for Trelleborg in the third division of Swedish football and is considered one of the team's young talents. The invitation to the Shpresa team represents an important step in his international career.
The announcement released by the Swedish club states that the midfielder has been included in the Albania U-21 squad for two friendly matches to be held at the end of March. The Reds will first face Japan U-21 and then Uzbekistan U-21.
