Tirana has today appointed the coach who will lead the first team for this season. Vangjel Mile has taken the "helm" of the white and blue team and will lead them for the next season in the Superior Category.
The news was announced by Tirana itself through a post on social networks. The 39-year-old has never been a coach before, this will be his first experience on a team bench.

Tirana Football Club announces the appointment of Vangjel Mile as the team's first coach for three seasons. Mile comes to this position after a successful period as Technical Director of the Tirana Football Academy, where he played a key role in developing young talents and building a sustainable playing philosophy.
Deep knowledge of the club's structures, the white-and-blue philosophy and the Academy's operating model give coach Mile the advantage to build a natural bridge between the youth and the first team. His objective will be not only to return the team to the top of Albanian football, but also to integrate new elements with potential, in line with the historical identity of KF Tirana.
Mile is known for his modern approach to training, tactical discipline and ability to build balanced groups with a strong collective spirit. His experience as a strategist and technical director makes him the ideal choice for a sustainable and ambitious project.
"I feel part of this house and I take this responsibility with humility, but also with great confidence. I know the values and expectations of this club and I am committed to working every day to advance the name and objectives of KF Tirana," declared the new coach during the presentation.
"Tirana Football Club wishes coach Vangjel Mile success in this new challenge and is convinced that the joint journey will bring the results that the white-blue family deserves."
Mile is not an unknown name for the white and blues. He previously headed the Tirana academy where he was also a coach. The white and blues have introduced several players so far, the latest being Etien Tare.
