Il Bablok non ha bisogno di riunioni, consultazioni o consigli, né tantomeno di mantenere un equilibrio. Anzi, oggi può permettersi il lusso di scegliere "tecnici" non solo tra le fila di Rilindja o della società civile, ma anche tra l'opposizione, a prescindere dal suo nome o acronimo...
Edi Rama è riuscito a garantire che non vi siano dibattiti, decisioni nei forum del partito, consultazioni o anche solo discussioni, per quanto formali, in merito alla composizione del nuovo governo.
"Babloku" decide tutto da solo e gli piace anche sorprendere, quando annuncia all'improvviso chi sceglie di far entrare nel governo o chi dovrebbe lasciare l'incarico.
Abbiamo spesso visto questo schema ripetuto tante volte quante sono necessarie per "rinfrescare" o presentare le composizioni governative.
E ora, in nome del suo quarto mandato da Primo Ministro, 'Bablok' deve formalmente elencare diversi nomi che comporranno il nuovo governo, per proseguire con le procedure di approvazione in Assemblea e di decreto.
Si dice che Rama abbia già i nomi pronti su un foglio giallo, mentre sta semplicemente pensando a come metterli sul mercato, da dove la gente scoprirà chi comporrà la squadra 'Bablok'.
Il quarto mandato di governo ininterrotto è una rarità, non solo nella politica albanese, ma anche in Europa. E come un momento raro, sembra che "Bablok" stia pensando a come sorprendere; non importa se i nomi abbiano esperienza pregressa o meno, provengano dalla politica o meno, è semplicemente necessario alimentare la curiosità, tenere in sospeso 1, 2 o 10 nomi, che di tanto in tanto circolano con il permesso di "Bablok" come candidati ministri.
E questo è uno dei momenti che gli fa piacere, perché i nomi non vengono fatti circolare per mettere alla prova il gruppo SP o l'opinione pubblica, ma solo per vedere come creano "gelosia" e divertimento, ma nessuno può pronunciarli ad alta voce tra le sue fila.
E mentre aumenta la curiosità, "Babloku" è preoccupato per la forma in cui presenterà il nuovo governo, per come sorprenderà coloro che scopriranno che siederanno su poltrone ministeriali o per come deluderà coloro che lasceranno i loro incarichi ai loro successori.
A "Babloku" non interessa la qualità del governo, ma il modo in cui presenterà i nomi in una cerimonia che rappresenta il momento politico più importante in un Paese normale, ma non in Albania. Sta pensando a come sorprendere i membri dell'Assemblea, i deputati e gli altri, quando rivelerà la sua decisione.

It is difficult to remember the last time the Socialist Party Presidency met and debated names, when the Chairman had to maintain some balance, whether political between groups in the SP, or even regional. And it is also difficult to remember the moments when the Chairman of the SP had to sit down and negotiate with allies to decide how the 'power cake' would be divided, how many ministries would be left free for names proposed by the 'little ones' or how power would be divided according to the importance of the Ministries.
The last negotiations in this regard were in 2013, when Edi Rama won his first term as Prime Minister with the help of his allies at the time. And this was probably the last year when Rama, as leader of the Socialist Party, had to convene the Presidency or the National Assembly to obtain, even a formal approval, on the composition of the government.
Today, 12 years later, Babloku has no need for meetings, consultations, or even advice to maintain any balance. In fact, today it has the luxury of choosing 'technicians' not only from the ranks of Rilindja or civil society, but also from the opposition, regardless of its name or acronym.
Rama is clear that no one will oppose or oppose him, and in fact, almost unanimously, it is asserted that: the composition of the Government is the exclusive prerogative of the Prime Minister.
If we go back in time, the thing that distinguished the socialists from the democrats was precisely the debates. If in the PS there were clashes and debates, even fights, in the DP such a spirit was missing. At that time, Rama himself was also part of those debates and clashes, and he even had to maintain some balances, until the moment when he emptied the party in the name of "Rilindja" and the new generation, which again did not let him raise his head, and in one way or another he took him out, throwing other names into the 'battle', which he certainly changes with the drop of a pencil.
And it is no wonder that even with the new Government, Babloku continues its experiments, fielding unknown names, just as it did with the candidate lists in the May 11 elections. With the parliamentary group, where the vast majority are sitting in the Parliament hall for the first time, and perhaps many of them, without any previous work experience, 'Babloku' has totally devalued the role of Parliament, even though Albania is a Parliamentary Republic.
Sa meglio di chiunque altro del suo gruppo parlamentare che, anche quei pochi nomi che sono in Parlamento da anni, sono in grado di fornire consulenza su qualsiasi legge o decisione presentata dal governo, ma non avranno la forza di cambiarne o annullarne alcuna. Così come è chiaro che si troverà di fronte a un'opposizione che quantomeno tornerà ai vecchi scenari di tensione in aula, o conterà coloro che varcheranno la barriera politica, in nome del "co-governo" in funzione del progetto "Albania 2030" nell'UE.
