"Rrumi's" brother was arrested a few days ago in Durrës, by order of SPAK, on charges of murder and property theft, while the file revealed a conversation between them.
In the file provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, a conversation between Vullnet Muça and his brother Aleksandër Laho, known as "Rrumi", is seen.
In one part of it, located below, there is talk of a large area of land, of 20 thousand m2. Communication between them is made on Sky ECC.
Excerpts from the conversation:
